Policy for The Storyteller’s Caravan (TSC)

At The Storyteller’s Caravan (TSC), we are committed to delivering high-quality,
artistically designed products. If, for any reason, you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is here to assist you.

General
Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility Period: You have 10 days from the
    date of purchase to return items for an exchange or store credit.
  • Condition of Items: Returned products must be
    unused, unworn, free from foreign odours, and have all original tags
    attached. Please include the original order invoice with your return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items
    such as facemasks cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your
    return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. During peak
    periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email
    once your return has been processed.

Free
Return Policy

  • West Malaysia: We offer one complimentary
    return per order number.
  • East Malaysia: We offer one complimentary
    return per order number.
  • Singapore: We offer reimbursement for
    one return shipping charge per order number.

Please note that return approval is at the discretion of TSC.

Responsibility
and Fair Use

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for
    the items until they reach us. Ensure they are properly packaged to
    prevent damage during transit. We recommend obtaining proof of postage in
    case you need to contact us about your return.
  • Incorrect Returns: We are not liable for
    items returned to us by mistake. If such items are located and you wish to
    have them returned, you may be asked to cover the delivery cost.
  • Fair Use Policy: If we detect an unusual
    pattern of returns that suggests misuse, such as wearing items and then
    returning them, or excessive ordering and returning, we reserve the right
    to deactivate the associated account(s). If you believe a mistake has been
    made, please contact our Customer Care Team to discuss the matter. We also
    reserve the right to take legal action if returned items do not match the
    original order.

Product
Defects and Manufacturer Terms

Products featuring designs by TSC are produced by our partners, Creative United and Printful.

  • Creative United Products: Any defects in products
    manufactured by Creative United are subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Printful Products: Any defects in products
    produced by Printful are subject to their terms and conditions.

Creative
United Return Policy

For products manufactured by Creative United, the following return policy applies:

  • Return Conditions: If there is an issue with
    your order (defective item, incorrect, or missing products), contact
    Creative United within 30 days of the order date to initiate a return.
    Returns due to a change of mind are accepted under the following
    conditions:
    1. Products must be returned
      within 30 days from the order date.
    2. Products must be in mint,
      resalable condition. Any visible signs of wear, scratches, or damage will
      void the return eligibility of the product.
    3. Products must be returned
      in their original packaging with the full package contents in place.

The refund amount will only include the price you paid for the returned product.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All return requests will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
prior to returning the product. Returning a product without an RMA number may
result in us not being able to identify your returned products or may result in
a longer processing lead time.

Printful
Return Policy

For products produced by Printful, the following return policy applies:

  • Claims for Defects: Any claims for misprinted,
    damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the
    product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be
    submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted
    for defective products or errors on the part of Printful. Unworn and
    unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
